Help with multiple items on simple delivery
A buyer bought 2 boxes of phone leads from me but what am I supposed to do with the label? Do I package up both boxes together? Thanks

Mentor4 months agoEasiest way is to upgrade to business seller.
That way no more SD, you can select your own postage.

Mentor4 months agoIf the buyer bought the items all at the same time, putting each in their basket they will have been automatically combined so you send them in one parcel. If you only received one label that will be for a combined parcel, ideally in one large box. Two boxes strapped together could become separated.
