Help with item that was damaged by evri
My buyer did not receive the item as evri said it was damaged beyond repair she has been refunded but I have not received any money myself
It was an antique item so relatively expensive I have going round in circles with the chat bot getting no answers can anyone help ???

OP3 weeks agoThank you I think the buyer opened the case as a lost item ? Does that make a difference??

Mentor3 weeks agoBuyers can't open a case for a lost item. They can only open a claim for an item not received or open a return.
If you find the payment in your account you can see if it's still there or if it's been refunded. If it's still there then eBay have made the refund, not you.

OP3 weeks agoThey have refunded her but not me so now I don’t have the antique French stool Or any money for it ? I assume I was covered as it was evri who broke it
