Help with item stuck on Dispatched when delivered
Hello, I need some advice on what to do. I have listed 4 items for sale. Someone bought 1 of them. Later that day, they then bought the other 3 together. This shows as my amount as 2 transactions. As it was to the same person and address. I put all 4 items together to post. The post office printed out both labels for both transactions and put them both on one parcel. This parcel has been delivered as the transaction with the 3 items all display as delivered. I need advice on the other as this still shows as despatched when it should also show delivered. I am sacred i will not get my funds for this item.
Any help or advice on this would be really appreciated. What do I need to do???

Mentor5 months agoThere's nothing you can do. The payment for the one item will be held for 14 days and then released to you.

OP5 months agoI happy to wait 14 days as long as i definitely will get sent the payment?
