help with international shipping
Hi, I've been selling for quite a while but have stuck with posting to UK.
I recently decided to try the global shipping programme and have sold a few items to US, Switzerland and China with no problems (they were posted to a UK hub).
A buyer in Denmark says I cannot deliver there for some reason.
He is getting the following message
Does anyone know why this is please ?
ps I don't have any excluded countries.

Mentor6 months agoWhat are they trying to buy. Sounds unlikely but it may be something not allowed in Denmark.
