Help with eBay ID Verification

Up to now I've provided my counterpart driving license [photo id part lost and as I don't drive I have not bothered to renew it], a current council tax bill, my birth certificate, and a current bank statement to eBay for ID verification, but they keep coming back as not accepted. The process has been frustrating, and I'm unsure what more I can do, especially without my photo ID. Has anyone faced similar issues with eBay's verification? What documents worked for you, and how did you resolve it? Any advice would be great!

OP1 week agoNo. I have spoken to ebay on the phone at least 5 times now as well as through automated chat, so when I rang they told me to change back to my maiden name which I did, then when they said send your bank statements I changed it back. I have been a member of ebay in good standing since 2004 and I am at my wits end trying to get this sorted.
