OP1 month agoHi , I sold a item the customer message me to say that the item was not working so I said I would give him a refund if he went through the return process but I don’t hear from him for three days so I messaged him and he said he had thrown it out,so I’m trying to get eBay to step in and help but I’m just going round in circles
