help wih a return
Hello, A buyer wants her money back for an item I recently sold ref 08-13744-45223. This is the first time I have had a problem. All the items in question were fine, however, its no problem to refund her in order to mainatain my 100% record. I have therefor opted for sending her a return postage slip. E bay thanked me for paying for this and started the process. It was then explained what would happen etc. This afternoon I checked with my bank and no money has been taken out for this postage. Could you establish if the return postage docket has been sent to the buyer, if so when do I pay for it? Sorry to be a mither but this has not happened to me before. Regards Mikw (nowpow_92)

Mentor9 months agoThe label will have been issued to the buyer but it won't be paid for until they use it and return the item.
