Help Please! First Return Request
Hello,
I listed some men’s shoes which were marked as a 42. I took clear pictures of the size detailing on the shoes . However in the description, labelled them as a size 9, which I think is incorrect and should have been a size 8. Only the 42 was shown on the shoes.
The buyer received the shoes on 10th Oct and today (15th Nov) has requested a return which I believe is outside the 30 day return policy.
eBay have given me the option for buyer to return (they pay postage) or else decline the return and they keep the item.
Would you think it best to accept the return or decline it please? Many thanks

Mentor11 months agoIt really is up to you. As you know you don't have to accept the return but if it was me I probably would do.
They are still in time to leave feedback, and if there is a lot of value in the shows then in theory they can do a chargeback with their bank.
In future if listing something tricky like shoes, maybe it would be a good idea to measure the soles. I have done this myself.
