Help please.
The buyer said the item was not defective but was incapable for his TV. But when he opened return request he selected "item doesn't work or defective".
We had convo in chat and said to return. But its not my fault. eBay wants me to give the label. What can I do?

Mentor2 weeks agoThe item doesn't work - you accept the refund/issue the label and don't refund until returned.
If you don't issue the label the buyer can escalate after 4 days, will be refunded by ebay and get to keep the item, you'll also get a defect on your account.
If the value of the item doesn't warrant it just refund and let them keep the item.
