Have been recieving this email every couple of days.
We have reached out numerous times regarding the fees and expenses you owe. To date, we have not received payment to clear your negative balance due. As a result, collection efforts will continue, which could include referral to a collection agency.
To avoid the transfer to a debt collector, you can make a one-time payment to bring your balance up to date. The amount owed at the time will appear on the screen.
Please be aware that a collection agency may charge you a fee for the collection of the unpaid eBay fees. These fees vary according to the amount owed and may be payable in addition to the outstanding fees.

eBay Global Collections
I have tried speaking to customer services on the phone, have not been listen to or even acknowledged when contesting.
Why do Global companies have the right to bully and threaten, when they had paid less than half of the selling price for one item sold using the site, belt sold for £45, on top of that i have charges of £51.65!!. I have recieved £19.93 for my belt and now have threats from debts collectors.
By creating charges that were not clear, the upselling techniques and irresponsible 'service' has left me in debt for trying to get out of debt, from the sale of one item.
Ebay has not settled the money for the sale, but are able to demand for me to pay, resulting in a loss, for selling one item.

Mentor1 month agoThey have settled the money for the sale, less their published fees, as set out in the fee section on the site. It's unfortunate you did not make yourself aware of these fees but you do need to pay ebay or they will pass the debt on.

Mentor1 month agoWhich charges are you challenging? If they are optional listing upgrades these all come with a non refundable listing fee, payable sale or no sale and charged the second the item goes live.
You are told this twice. Once when selecting the upgrade and again just before pressnt List Item just above will be any listing fee giving you time to deselect the upgrade if you wish to make the listing free to list.
Below is the list of chargeable, optional, upgrades:
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 categories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p
As a tip, before clicking on the final List Item With Displayed Fees button, glance just above it, it should read £0.00 Listing Fee, otherwise scroll up and delist the upgrade.
To promote items this is optional too, and carries a fee all explained when selecting the promotion.
eBay do use debt collectors, do not use their message lightly but pay that outstanding fee.
