HELP ON A RETURNED PARCEL
I sent a parcel to my buyer on 10th August using my local post office with the tracking order. It sat in a delivery place for a week and then was returned to me. I contacted the buyer who said no one tried to deliver it and they have a ring door bell. What do I do to get the oder back out? Do I use the same delivery label?

MentorAug 17, 2026 at 6:56 AMNo you can't use the same delivery label you will or your buyer will have to buy a new one.

MentorAug 17, 2026 at 4:53 AMIf the item is back with you you need to first refund the buyer then relist it for the buyer to buy again, so you have a new label, and new tracking number.
Cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's Address, this fully refunds them and does not affect your seller performance.
Send the buyer a message explaining what you are going to do.
