Help Needed – Order Tracking & Payment Release
I recently shipped an order, but I used a different courier than the one on the original label. Currently, eBay does not allow me to update the new tracking number, and my funds are still on hold.

Mentor11 months agoFirst mark the item as dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label. It will remain unused.
Then add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser. Even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days, or as you're a new seller ebay may put the money on hold for 30 days anyway.
If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days. Or if you paid for it you can cancel it here:
