HELP - My item did not arrive so I started a return, now the seller is suspended

I bought a book. The item never arrvied/mis marketed. The item has since been removed due to a violation of the policy. So I started a return as instructed by the seller and which the seller has approved the return. Now the seller themselves have been suspended. And I cannot navigate the help and support to get my money back!

If the item never arrived why did you open an eBay return?

How can you return an item you haven't received?

Because this has got a bit messy your best way forward here is to contact eBay and explain that you meant to open a not received claim.

Thanks so yeah they sent me a digital link and marked as delivered

then instructed me to open a return when I complained

thanks for your advice I managed to call eBay and they were able to quickly resolve this

Digitally delivered its cannot be sold except via a classified ad, so buyers have no protection.

Excellent. eBay have handled this well, glad that you got it sorted so quickly. You should still be able to leave feedback to warn others if that seller is trying to list eBooks as real books.
