Help, My Buyer claims that the package has arrived in perfect condition, but Empty ?
Hi,
What can I do here ? it was sent by the Ebay postage, Customer claims the parcel is in perfect condition but empty, and wants a refund.

Mentor5 months agoIt is down to the buyer to open a not as described case, he cannot open a not received case because claims he received an empty package.
You are a bit stuck once a case is opened, as it would be a waste of money to pay to have an empty package returned, but if you just refund, then if buyer is lying they win and get purchase for free.
If buyer is trying it on he may be reluctant to involve ebay!
