Seems like I've been duped! I have paid by PayPal so I know im covered but how do you report a seller who is claiming to have air conditioning units? I have a screen shot of someone who hasn't received theirs after 1 month

On your eBay order there's a latest estimated delivery date. Once that has passed you can open an eBay item not received claim to get a full refund.
