HELP! I need to cancel a postage label as it's wrong & I've sent the item another way

eBay postage label was generated wrong I sent the item with another courier & paid with my card I need to cancel the eBay label so I can add the tracking details I can get paid Please HELP!!!!

You cannot now add any new tracking, eBay suggest sending the buyer a message with those tracking details. If a case is opened later for item not received, you will be able to add those tracking details.

Your payout will be held for a minimum of 14 days.

A refund is sent to whoever paid for the SD label:

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.

If you paid for the label (ie. you had free postage on your listing) you can get a refund here:

The option to upload a different tracking number is no longer available. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.

Payment may be held for 14 days. Or as a new seller it may be held for 30 days. Either way you will get it in the end.
