Hi bought a item which was for posting but picked it up now the seller can not mark as delivered can anyone help.

Mentor1 month agoIn short OP the seller can't mark it as dispatched and will more than likely have to wait up to 14 days for their monies if they haven't got them yet.

OP1 month agoI managed to get hold of eBay customer service and they have said for the seller to get in contact now that I have contacted saying I have received it.

Mentor1 month agoThey may say that but it is what is on the item that matters, and that requires evidence of posting and delivery.
Buyer could still claim not received.
To be honest in this sort of situation best to leave and not involve ebay, as they will tell you want to hear, not that you have no proof of delivery.
