Help for an item purchased but not yet posted (even though there`s a tracking number). Refund wanted

I made a purchase of two pairs of Shimano cycling cleats. but the seller has since stated they do not have both the pairs as stated. Offered a refund or take as they are. I would like a refund. However, the seller already has a tracking number but hasn`t posted the items yet. E-Bay are saying the item is on it`s way and I should wait until 13th May. Any help please?

Thank you again. Seller sorted out how to cancel the sale so refund has been received. Great to have your solutions......

If the postage label hasn't been scanned by the Post Office or courier then your seller should be able to cancel the order.

Ask them to pop here to this thread if they're unsure how to cancel an order.

If the seller won't cancel you will have to wait until the day after the estimated delivery date and open a case for item not received. You can't speed that process up.
