Help Fixing My Account Please 🙏
Hello, I suffered a heart attack early this year which prevented me from shipping orders to customers who have paid for my products resulting in refunds made to EBay while I was ‘sick’ / away.
I have come back strong and healthy to continue however my account is now in bad standing. Can anyone point me in the right direction whether itis to speak to EBay team or simply sell 1 product at a time.

Mentor3 months agoI am afraid that once an account is limited for falling below seller standards, that's usually it for the account. It's practically impossible to trade your way back to satisfactory as it's a percentage game.
I am also afraid that ebay do not take personal circumstances into account, they won't change the account status.
