Help finding original listing of item I purchased - has it been removed?
Hi, I purchased an item last week which turned out not to work as expected. Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the original listing - usually I can access this through my order. When I contacted the seller they said it's in the description that the part of the product may not work but that the listing says it's a quick fix to sort. I tried the quick fix but it did not work. The seller is refusing a return or refund of any sort because item 'has been opened and no longer new'. even though the easy fix described doesn't work. I would really like to see the original listing of the item I purchased because I am so sure it wasn't on there, plus listing history shows description was updated in the <10 minutes between me emailing the seller and them replying. But I just can't find it and hoping someone has an idea on how. It was a listing for multiples if that makes a difference.
When I go to the listing via my orders I get:
The listing below has been updated by the seller, but you can see the item you purchased'
but when I click on that underscored link I just get an ebay error page.
I have tried the /?nordt=true but I still get an error message.
Is it a lost cause?

Mentor10 months agoJust open a return using reason "Does not match photos or description" Your seller cannot refuse this.
Follow the instructions to the letter. Your seller should send a return label. If they don't, escalate to ebay.
