Help can’t return or open 2nd return can’t contact t seller

I’ve requested a return but cancelled it as what I put was incorrect .so wanted to start again
But can’t reopen which is stupid as multiple things could go wrong with items
So now tells me to contact the seller …I can’t it’s saying simple postage seller or something again really stupid I can’t or don’t no how to get eBay to help I need a faulty item returned this isn’t like this on amazon on my days that is simple this seems to help the sellers rip you off and no way of contacting t them

IF the item is faulty, and is within the 30 day period since you received the item you could try your payment provider.
