Help Cannot access ebay as verification code does not arrive at my AOL mail Account
Cannot access ebay as verification code does not arrive at my AOL mail Account. I have three accounts (family) my
email accepts codes but the other two do not All are AOL. all use the same phone number If I get the option to accept an automated call the phone rings but when answered there is no code message So I cannot access Ebay to check any settings customer service say there is no problem with Ebay

OP1 week agoSuddenly all three of the families are back up and running Either Aol Ebay or Vodaphone have finall got their act together.

I cannot change my email as I cannot access my account

Mentor1 week agoYou are signed into this forum --- try this using a PC/Laptop: --- click on your forum username here > View listings in Shop > My eBay at top right of page > Account > Addresses > and change email address/es there. If you can gain access, don't log out again until you are sure that the problem is completely resolved
Only a suggestion that may work for you ? .

Mentor2 weeks agoAmerica On Line can be difficult at times --- consider using another email address for eBay ---gmail.com etc.
