HELP App destroyed my listings descriptions
I need assistance filing a complaint with eBay because my issue remains unresolved. I'm frustrated with the current situation.
1- My usual process involves creating a listing on either my computer or tablet, since the phone app lacks certain features.
2- I then take photos using my phone. I upload these photos through the app, as emailing them is too slow.
3 - However, when I go back to the draft listing on my computer or tablet, the app has now destroyed all the description formatting, forcing me to copy the description and details from another source.
I've now given up. Please can someone help me tell ebsy my problem and why I given up and leaving.
