Help after a seller has disappeared

I bought a bed and its collapsed. I have gone through the correct routes to make contact. It seems theres no seller active now. I have tried to get hold of ebay to help me but all I get is AI assistant or told if I can't choose a listing from 3 recent ones they showed me, I can't speak to an agent! Help please anyone before I go crazy.

The important factor here is when you bought this item?

If 30 days have passed the item's last estimated date for delivery, then you are too late to try and claim any refund from eBay , as they have a 30 day MBG policy.
