Mentor2 weeks agoIf this was collection by buyer did you get the collection code from them? If not you can ask them now and enter it on a desktop in View order details for the item. If youi don't get it payment may be held for 14 days and then released.

OP2 weeks agoI thought we exchanged codes - ebag says we were paid on 4th September but item wasnt collected untilb24rd because buyer was in holiday

Mentor2 weeks agoYour buyer should've given you the collection code today when they came to pick their item up, and you should've added it to the order.
