I made an order over 2 weeks ago, a few messages to the seller and not one back. I then opened a request but I cancelled it thinking I could simply cancel the order, now I can’t reopen it. HELP!

Mentor2 weeks agoAs said, you cannot start another case on ebay but contact your payment provider, they may be able to help with a refund.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou should never have closed the case. That was naive of you. Read the eBay mbg guidance so you don’t do that again.
