MentorSep 11, 2026 at 3:09 PMIf you're the seller ask the buyer to open a "not received" case. If you used Simple Delivery ebay will issue refund and you keep payment.
If the tracking is showing delivered ask the buyer to open a return using "damaged in transit" as the reason. Again ebay will refund. The buyer will not be required to return anything.
