Help!!!
I bought a full car headlight here for my car and it came broken by the handle. I thought it could be glued and still useful but, unfortunately it’s not for my car model. The seller won’t take returns and refund me. What do you suggest I do people? He asked me to resell it on here but I’m a lady who don’t know much about car parts😭

Seller cannot refuse this, if Simple Delivery was used then ebay should refund.
However if you already opened a case Does not fit, that is classed as a change of mind, which seller can refuse, but you only get one chance,
You should try your payment provider.
