hello i order 2 sets of football cards what i payed for from 2 separate sellers but one of them postal the cards out with the post office i got a card from the postman saying you got to pay 5 pound because the sender didnt pay the full postal i do no which seller it his so hope can help me please thank you

Mentor2 weeks agoA £5 fee is for large letters with no postage or counterfeit stamps on them. If you haven’t paid for it yet why don’t you wait til other cards arrive then you will no which ones to open a case against. As long as it’s done within the eBay money back gaurantee time period you’ll be ok.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhen this happens you should not accept the item, and open a case for item not received for a full refund.
Obviously too late now. Go to your Purchase History find the pack which you had to pay the surcharge, and send the seller a message explaining what has happened. If you have kept the packaging , send a picture of the front of the package where the extra charge is showing, add to the message.
