Mentor1 month agoYou have set a Reserve on your current Phone listing which is charged at a cost of 4% of the Reserve set whether sold or not. Save on additional fees by just listing at a price you would find acceptable >

OP1 month agoThank you…. I hadn’t realised the reserve fee is taken before the item is sold. I also didn’t know a reserve fee is charged even if the auction is cancelled! It took me a while to find the fee breakdown on my account!

Mentor1 month agoYou've added a Reserve to your listing, this costs 4% of your Reserve price and is non-refundable.
It would have been better to have started your auction at the lowest price you'd be happy to accept, effectively acting the exact same as a Reserve in that your item can't sell for less.

OP1 month agoThank you…. I hadn’t realised the reserve fee is taken before the item is sold. I also didn’t know a reserve fee is charged even if an auction is cancelled! It took me a while to find the fee breakdown on my account!
