I have paid for a top today now seller has messaged me saying they want more money I want to speak to someone about this but there is no options

Tell the seller that the top has been paid for and eBay consider the price to be binding, so you won't be paying more.
Then, if they don't send the item out to you, after the estimated delivery date showing on the order has passed you'll need to open an eBay item not received claim to get a full refund.

And, if the seller does go back on the deal you can leave appropriate feedback about them asking for more money.
