Help !
I bought an item from the US to be shipped to Sweden. The seller saying that item has been delivered but I´ve not received the package.
when I´m tracking, receiveing the info that the package sittingGlendale Heights, Il. and have been doing so since June 30.
Seller saying that it´s my responsibility to contact USPS but I don´t know how and geeting in touch with Ebay seems very difficult !
Help someone - PLEASE !

Mentor1 month agoYou're registered in Sweden and have bought an item from the US. So it's not clear why you have come to the UK board for help?
Sweden does not have a national eBay site, so your transaction will be governed by ebay.com. Although their rules are broadly similar to the UK they are not identical and you need to check what applies in ebay.com, not ebay.co.uk.

Mentor1 month agoTo add to the excellent advice from the sellers perspective the item has been delivered they are only responsible for that first leg.
When you open the case for item not received you may need to remind eBay it is a isp programme item therefore it is their responsibility not the seller.

Mentor1 month agoFind the item on your purchases list, click on the dropdown menu arrow on the right, and select "Report an item you didn't receive" (may be slightly different wording). The option to escalate it to eBay will appear 3 complete working days later.
