I just joined and did every step by step and made sure not to miss anything out, after a awhile i got a message from ebay asking for account Verification. I am confused on what else i am supposed todo

To me, that message does not look like a genuine message from Ebay.

There is a grammatical error - '... enter this to a address bar' which should be 'an address bar'.

Did the message come to your Ebay messages inbox and is it identified as 'from Ebay'?

I clicked that and did all the details and it is trying to force me to add another bank card, which i dont have.
