Hello, I cant reach customer services, the chat has a permanant error and i dont have a phone number for anyone here in the uk, i need some help which hopefully you may be able to provide. I refused a cancellation request for an item as the buyer was worried it wouldnt arrive on time, i reassured them it would. Then they said it was actually the wrong size so i said i would accept a return. However i can no longer cancel the order and neither can they as i have previously rejected the cancellation. So how do i deal with this please

If buyer opened not as described case, you issue returns label and refund on return.
