So I purchased an item on the 21 Nov 25
And now it's 9th Feb 26 and I still haven't received it. Firstly dhl said they'd collected it from the merchant but there was an issue with documentation, that went stale for a few weeks, then the merchant informs me that dhl hasn't collected it, then wants me to pay for a different courier. I'm at my wits end.

Learn from this and make sure you open and escalate ebay case within 30 days.
Ignore seller saying wait.

Mentor6 months agoYou had 30 days from the expected delivery date given to you when you paid to open a case for item not received. Once you are passed that ebay won't help.
If you paid with PayPal you have 180 days to claim.

sell again. Brilliant scam that.
