Hello, I need help with my order that I ordered and I want my money back.
I want my money back because the belt is very old. It's been 30 days or as long as you say. The order was delayed. It arrived 5 6 7 9. I don't know how long the order should have taken to arrive. Until we opened the package and realized that the belt was defective, I think they would respond by saying that it was defective and they would refund my money.

Mentor2 months agoIn theory the 30 days starts from arrival, and being late also means you can use Not as described which of course you can also use for condition.
Probably need tracking to prove date of arrival.

Mentor2 months agoIf you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery , then open a case for item not as described, item does not match description.
Escalate on day 4, if not refunded beforehand.
If this time has lapsed, you need to turn to your payment provider, for help with your refund.
