As so often happens, your question doesn't provide enough information to answer it.
Who cancelled the sale? Buyers sometimes think that telling a seller that they want to cancel a purchase cancels it. But it doesn't. Buyers can't cancel purchases, they can only ask the seller to cancel them. Did you send a cancellation request through eBay?
Whether you asked them or not, did the seller cancel the sale? If so, you would have been notified by eBay who would also process your refund. If this didn't happen, it hasn't been cancelled.
If it hasn't been cancelled and your item has not been delivered, you need to open an "item not received" case through eBay's money back guarantee (there is a link to this in every listing). This MUST be done within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date.
If it has been correctly cancelled, payment to your account can take up to about a month, depending upon how you paid. Or could you be looking in the wrong account for your refund? Refunds don't go to your eBay account unless you paid from a credit balance. Otherwise they go back to your source of funding, e.g. credit or debit card.

If you look at the order details in your Purchase History is it showing as cancelled?
