I am contacting you regarding my order (£49.99) which has not arrived yet. The tracking information has not been updated for some time.
Please can you check the status and let me know when I can expect delivery?
If I do not receive a response or the item does not arrive soon, I will have to open a case with eBay for help.

Mentor2 months agoWe are members like you not ebay. We have no idea about delivery of whatever you purchased, and if something is late, then that is what the 30 day money back guarantee is for.
Even asking ebay is a waste of time, they do not deliver, but provide the means for buyers to open a case for not received.
