Hello got a phone
Got a phone from a seller faulty after 3 months, returned they sent me a replacement , which is faulty after 10 mins after downloading all my info onto it, can’t get them to respond and can’t get eBay to do anything , don’t know what to do

Mentor10 months agoIf you paid with a debit or credit card you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback via your card provider.

Mentor10 months agoContact your credit card if that's how you paid. Or try money claim online (previously small claims court):
