Mentor6 months agoHave you had an eBay message describing your restriction as ' indefinite' ? I'm sorry but this is a lifetime ban.
No point contacting eBay Customer Services, they will never explain a restriction , but your 12 negatives may well be a clue bringing the amount of defects you are allowed to well below the selling standard eBay expects.
I don't think accusing your customers of ' blabbing' and calling them ' blind' would have helped your cause either.

Thank you so much for the response it was well appreciated, also for taking the time to went through my feedback profile,
I understand your point ,that particular feedback is the cause of my family chaos till today ,i was away for a month and the account was managed by kid sister according to the story being told the buyer called her on phone and started cursing went to Facebook aswell. For me i know how to handle to be calm customers is always. Anyway i will leave everything to GOD i still believe in miracle.
Thank you so much.

Mentor6 months agoLeaving your account to another to manage even a family member, still makes you totally accountable for everything that is written, everything that happens on your account.
However, bad that feedback reply was, it wasn't the sole reason for your account closure.
It was the negatives you received ,and none in the month you were away, that ultimately, brought you below the standard required for selling on eBay, and closed your selling account down, permanently.
