Held payment
Hi all, I shipped an item yesterday 8/10/25 and it got delivered today 9/10/25. The problem I’m having is I didn’t use the prepaid label eBay gave as part of the simple delivery system as I’ve always sorted the shipping out myself via Royal Mail or other similar websites. Now the Royal Mail tracking number i provided shows delivered on their website and on eBay I have managed to change the tracking number to my own one however on eBay it shows no movement even though it has been delivered. Anyway to get around this so the funds can be processed ? Thanks

Mentor10 months agoeBay's tracking and RM have always had a bad relationship, not linking up and not showing the true picture.
However, payouts from sales for Private Sellers under Simple Delivery, changed in August, this was eBay's Annoucement:
From 6 August, we’re also making it easier and faster for our more experienced sellers to receive their funds. This means you can get your funds within 24 hours of the buyer paying. To qualify for faster payment, all you’ll need to do is:
