Hekore listing with no postage
I have somehow fallen afoul of the all too helpful ebay postage services. I have created a listing that apparently has no postage options for the buyer. The option listed was 'contact seller' but I thought I'd selected courier (it's a small pile of graphic novels). The buyer has won but can't select an option as there are none and I can't send any kind of payment options as ebay pops up and tells me they are managing the postsge so I can't send an invoice.. Argh... Am I going to have to cancel this listing... Help me Obi Wan Community. You're my only hope...

If so where does buyer live, as if outside the UK, there is no postage and “contact seller” is the standard message an overseas buyer would get.

Mentor6 months agoI think you are going to have to cancel and relist. Even if able to opt out of Simple Delivery you still have to put a postage price on during the listing process. Message buyer first and let them know. Then do what you did before but this time click on Add primary service in the postage section, below "Domestic postage".
