Mentor3 weeks agoWhat money are you trying to send back? Is it a refund for the item or something such as a postage adjustment?
If its a refund for an item has the buyer actually opened a case?

Mentor3 weeks agoYou do not have to withdraw money to send back to buyer, depending on the reason you make a refund or partial refund, which will go through either your ebay account or bank account, depending on money available.
