Haven’t received return label
Hi. I need to return a damaged item. The seller claims they have sent a postage label, but they haven’t. I contacted eBay, who now think the seller has sent a label and I can’t find any way of contacting them to tell them I’ve not received it. The eBay status just says add postage tracking or cancel the return. Please can someone help? Thank you

Mentor3 weeks agoHave you opened a case for item not as described / item defective?
The case should have a QR code or return label for you to print off , is this not visible.
Use a laptop / PC and not the app to manage this. The app has many failings to provide all options.
