“I have a completed £12 transaction which says ‘Funds available in eBay balance’. My eBay balance is £0, there is no £12 payout transaction, and the money has not reached my bank. Please trace this specific transaction and tell me where the £12 currently is.”

We can't do that, we are members like you with no access to your account.

However, as a new seller the money will be subject to an extended payment hold. Once it is released to your account you have to transfer it to your bank.
