sold an item - buyer collected how do I mark as sent and get my prepaid label money back please

Open the postage label on ebay and that will mark the item as dispatched. It will remain unused. You have buyer paying postage on your listings and they will automatically receive a refund of the cost in 30 days.

All your items have sold with buyer pays delivery,when the label is not used the person who paid for the label will be refunded in this case the buyer.
