hello, I need to return faulty item, no trace of it in purchase history, started return with ebay, but when it comes to print label, it says there is a problem, try again ,tried lots of times, still won't work, anyone help?

OP1 month agothank you SO much for your help, all, hopefully sorted return now, fingers crossed, I had checked out as guest, and didn't realise it!

Mentor1 month agoAny Guest purchase made will not be seen in your eBay summary --- use the Order Confirmation email you received and/or see if you can trace it using this link ---within 30 days case options will be there if needed >

You cannot open a return case when you do not have an item in your purchases.

OP1 month agoi clicked on the return order button on fb, it started order return, gave me order no, but when I clicked on that, a page from fb came up saying, 'there is an error, it is not you it's us, try again' but i've been trying that since yesterday, and nothing happens.

Mentor1 month agoThis is ebay not Facebook, if that's what 'fb' means.
If you click on help and contact, and didn't buy as a guest, the item should come up. Try opening a case from there.

OP1 month agoI didn't mean to put fb, I meant ebay, this was a replacement item for the original item that was faulty, so my head a bit full of it! thank you.

Mentor1 month agoWhen did you receive the original item? That's when the clock starts for Ebay's 30 day guarantee.

Mentor1 month agoIf you cannot find it in your Purchase History, sounds like you bought the item as a Guest Purchase.
