Have combined multiple items in one parcel How do I mark sold items as dispatched if I haven't used the delivery label?
A buyer purchased 3 items I have only used 1 delivery label to send all 3. How do I mark the other 2 items as dispatched & add tracking?

Mentor3 weeks agoTo mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label for the other two items. They will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for them).
You can't change tracking number and payment may be held for 14 days.
