Has anyone had any luck actually speaking to someone in customer service since they put in the AI "assistant"?

Mentor2 weeks agoContacting eBay Customer Services is not easy sometimes that's true, to get a live agent either use the link below ,or top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring up, 'How Can We Help You Today? ' Keep typing in ....I wish to speak to an agent.
Best time to contact is 8 a.m. on a weekday morning , there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
Or better still as there's little reason to contact CS ,unless actual access to your account is required, come back here, explain the issue you are having, there are many very experienced members here, happy to help.

Mentor2 weeks agoYes, I booked a callback yesterday. I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
