Handling Returns: Tips and Experiences
Any advice.! Buyer returned the item but has removed the labels. I have tried to contact eBay 😠and got absolutely nowhere. Decision has gone again me. Is this normal?

Mentor6 days agoYes perfectly normal. If seller does not refund, buyer can escalate, ebay refunds at your expense, and you get a damaging defect.
You are supposed to refund then report buyer to ebay, not that it will get your money back.
Disputes are weighed very much in favour of the buyer.
